What is Mosaia?
Mosaia lets you turn your own photos into minimalist geometric wall art. You choose a template, upload two photos, pick a color palette, and we produce and ship a gallery-quality framed print to your door.
How does the ordering process work?
Select a template, upload your two photos, adjust the color palette and size, then complete checkout. Your framed print will be produced and shipped directly to you — typically within 5–12 business days depending on your location.
What if my print arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or with a quality defect, we'll send you a brand new print at no extra cost. Just email us at mosaia@mosaia.art with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Scandinavia typically arrive in 5–7 business days. International orders take 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Denmark), Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States. More countries coming soon.
